Hatha yoga is the branch of yoga that typically comes to mind when you think of yoga in general terms. The practice involves breath, body, and mind, and classes are usually 45 minutes to 90 minutes of breathing, yoga poses, and meditation. 

Patanjali defined the eight limbs as yama (abstinences), niyama (observances), asana (postures), pranayama (breathing), pratyahara (withdrawal), dharana (concentration), dhyana (meditation) and samadhi (absorption).

Prana is the vital energy needed by our physical and subtle layers, without which the body would perish. It is the prana or life force in us that nourishes the mind and keeps the body alive.

Meditation is a mind and body practice that has a long history of use for increasing calmness and physical relaxation, improving psychological balance, coping with illness, and enhancing overall health and well-being. 

 Yoga Nidra, also known as Yogic Sleep is a ground-breaking process that is slowly gaining popularity. It helps in reducing stress and anxiety and depression, and in some cases, PTSD as well. 

The traditional Hindu system of medicine (incorporated in Atharva Veda, the last of the four Vedas), which is based on the idea of balance in bodily systems and uses diet, herbal treatment, and yogic breathing.

This medical science is a method of personalizing food for each person’s healing process. Ayurvedic style cooking is a rational way to prepare food keeping in mind the dietary need of an individual based on different body types. Ayurvedic Food: Ayurveda categorizes food in to three categories: Satvic, Rajasic and Tamasic.

A general public yoga class can certainly ease everyday aches, pains, and mood complaints. Diet therapy is a broad term for the practical application of nutrition as a preventative or corrective treatment of disease. This usually involves the modification of an existing dietary lifestyle to promote optimum health. However, in some cases, an alternative dietary lifestyle plan may be developed for the purpose of eliminating certain foods.

Naturopathy is an art and science of healthy living and a drug less system, It has its own concept of health and disease and also principle of treatment. In today’s age, Naturopathy is Recognized and well accepted as an independent System of medicine. 

Panchakarma is a Sanskrit word that means “five therapies.” This is a process used to clean the body of toxic materials left by disease, poor nutrition and environmental toxins. Normally the body has the innate ability to efficiently process and remove these waste materials, including the vitiated doshas.

Zumba is a total-body cardio and aerobic workout, which provides a large calorie consumption. A study shows that a person burns 300 to 900kcal with an hour-long Zumba exercise.

The 200 hrs part-time basic TTC is a basic Yoga teacher training certificate course that prepares students for teaching Yoga techniques to normal healthy adults. The course covers theoretical and practical aspects of Yoga.

The 300 Hour TTC will build upon the foundation of your 200 Hour TTC, furthering your knowledge and understanding of yoga both as a practitioner and a teacher. Applicants for the 300-hour Yoga teacher training course must have a 200 hour yoga teacher training certificate (RYT-200) in order to be eligible for the 300 Hour TTC program.

The 500 Hours Yoga Teacher Training Course in India is an extensive course designed to nurture your passion for learning authentic traditional yoga. The course which is suited for Yoga students of all levels, aims to guide students on different yoga related subjects to deepen their insight and approach to yogic living.
